NW Industrial Staffing is currently looking for a General Labor for a paint manufacturing company that is centrally located in Eugene that believes in taking care of the environment, their workers and the planet.
Qualified Candidates will have the following experience:
- The ability learn how to read blue prints, schematics and machine manuals to perform maintenance and to troubleshooting.
- Great Shop Math Skills.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Critical thinking skills for diagnosing mechanical issues.
- The ability to read instruction manuals and follow detailed direction.
- Previous experience/ knowledge with residential or commercial painting materials
- Ability to identify paint colors, prefer some painting experience
- The ability to read precision measurement devices and gauges including, calipers, micrometers, tape measures, ohmmeters and voltmeters.
- Lifting between 50lbs
- Stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8-hour shift.
- Effective communication in both written and verbal forms.

Job Details:
- Location: Eugene, OR
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Pay: Starting pay is $16.75/hr.
