NW Industrial is currently seeking a shop helper for one of Eugene’s largest fabrication shops, which specialized in fabrication of material handling system, grinder and pneumatic systems for the manufacturing industry.
What we are seeking:
• 1+ year of production or warehouse experience (preferably in Metal Fabrication.)
• Good math and measurement skills (tape measure, micrometers, calipers.)
• Previous use of hand and power tools, including hand held grinders.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Ability to keep the shop clean and orderly.
• Can do attitude in all instructions given by lead.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. at times.
• Can bend, stoop, stand, push and pull for an 8 to 10-hour shift.
• Great communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven record of great attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic.
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Eugene, OR. (97402)
Shift: Days (Monday – Friday)
Hours: 6AM to 4:30PM (There is a considerable amount of Over Time.)
Pay: ($18.00/h to $19.00/h DOE)
