NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking an ace Welder/Fitter/Fabricator for a privately-owned fabrication shop that specialize in custom structural products and machinery shells. All positions at this company are on a day shift with a considerable amount of overtime available.
What we are seeking:
- 2+ years of fitting and fabrication.
- 2+ years of MiG and dual shield running .045 and .035
- Previous experience welding 6 G.
- The ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
- Previous experience using punch press, iron worker, cutting torch, and drill press.
- Be able to speak with Project managers and the engineering department.
- Have your own tool box.
- The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift for an 8 to 10-hour shift.
- The ability to lift 70lbs.
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Reliable, Steady, and Responsible.
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Springfield, OR
Shift: Days
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7AM to 3:30PM
Pay: $20/h to $25/h Depending on the weld test.
Retirement and vacation are available after the evaluation
